1. Conduct Strategic Job Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to design an agile organizational structure and develop comprehensive job descriptions that supports business growth and adaptability.

2. Conduct Job Evaluation and Compensation Strategies: Partner with leadership to make job grading systems, analyze workloads, and design and develop competitive pay grade structures ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.

3. Conduct Performance Management Systems: Designed and facilitated performance appraisal processes using KPI system that linked individual performance to business goals.

4. Design & develop Talent Management Programs: Work with leaders to design a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with the company’s values including talent management program to identify high-potential talent and conduct training needs assessments, talent acquisition, development, and retention.

5. Conduct Full-Cycle Recruitment and Selection: Partnered with user to do end-to-end recruitment process, including job ads design, candidate sourcing, psychological assessments including making psychological interpretation and report, and giving suggestion to related user for decision making about the recruitment result.

6. Managed HR budgets for recruitment, training, and organizational development: Worked with HR Manager to create and monitor budgets for recruitment, training, and organizational development.

7. Acted as a Trusted HR Advisor: Provided consultative support to HR General Manager and HR Manager on strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational development to drive performance.
